Dr Gaur has professional experience of 19 years in Training & Development in Education, Medical, pharmaceutical, Skincare, Healthcare and Wellness industry. Her academic excellence has gained her a recommendation to be a Lecturer in a medical college run by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. She started her career providing education to aspiring doctors. In her past assignment she worked as a Product Specialist for a UK based Nutraceuticals Company, Goldshield Healthcare Pvt ltd and lead the team to improve the sale by providing quality information about the product/ to the customers.
Being a qualified Ayurvedic doctor, she did consultations for the patients for a chain of clinics, Guruprasad Arogyadham, for their Andheri centre along with continuing her own private practice as well 2008 – 09. She has learnt Panchakarma and Acupuncture treatment to teach and mentor junior doctors and technicians imparting all the knowledge and skills deemed critical. Janhavi Gadgil has an overall career experience of 19 years and has invested majority of it in the Training and Development Function. In her previous endeavour she has worked with Johnson & Johnson as Customer Care Executive, Skin Care practitioner and currently leads the Regional Training Team for Kaya - West. She is been with Kaya since 2007 consistently grown from being Therapist to an Assistant Trainer and a Regional Training Lead.
Her passion for training comes from the sheer joy of imparting a new skill and seeing the other individual master the same. She has trained more that 800+ participants across different roles such as Therapists, Centre Managers, Call Center Executives in Technical skill. Her eye for detail and technical proficiency levels have made led and execute ‘Train the Trainer’ sessions across technologies such as Laser, Microdermabrasion, Jet M & chemical Peeling. She has also been instrumental in creating SOPs for Services as well as Training Protocols. As an auditor she has played a critical role in enhancing the Skill efficacy levels of her Region.

It’s been 4 years since then and she is a part of Kaya’s Training Team and has inducted multiple therapist across regions.
As a Cluster Training Lead with Kaya she has trained 500+ Therapists. Her forte has been to make her Trainees fall in love with the Technologies & Services trained at Kaya. She is highly creative in her teaching methodologies and has been known conduct unconventional exercises that positively engages the audiences. Nisha has an experience of over 15 years in the beauty and wellness industry. She started her career as a beauty therapist and transitioned as an independent make up artist and hair designer. She was also able to launch her own entrepreneurial venture with a salon, that she successfully operated. With such varied experience, Nisha has been associated with teaching technical skills since 2015. She has been a faculty with VLCC before joining Kaya Ltd. in 2018.

She has a flair for writing which she puts to use in designing learning curriculum for her audience. With her experience of working as a freelancer and entrepreneur, she uses her knowledge to counsel and guide new entrants in this field to choose the correct career path.
Nisha is an engineering diploma holder in Industrial Electronics from Sinhgad Institute, Pune. She has also completed her beauty course of Advance Diploma In Cosmetology from VLCC Institute and is certified on various Wellness and Spa therapies. At Kaya, she has been certified by Dale Carnegie for her facilitation skills.
A creative and versatile trainer, having 18 plus years of experience in operations and imparting technical skills, she has spent the first 10 years of her working career in handling frontline operations. She uses this experience to infuse her sessions with a lot of interactive activities and real time scenarios, thereby making them robust learnings. Today she leads the North and East regional training and manages the training operations in both the regions.

She has trained 350+ professionals that includes Clinic Managers, Customer Care Executives & Therapists within just 2 years. In her current role she has been instrumental in Training Front- desk teams on processes like inventory management stock audits, sales, Cash-Till management apart from.
